AnonTalk is a platform for connecting with people through anonymous voice chat. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that all users follow these community guidelines.
Age Requirement - Adults Only (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to use AnonTalk. This is strictly enforced. By using AnonTalk, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated. We use age verification at signup and reserve the right to request additional verification.
🚫 Child Safety - Zero Tolerance Policy
AnonTalk has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
The following will result in immediate permanent ban and report to law enforcement:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - Any sexual content involving minors
- Child exploitation - Any content that exploits or endangers children
- Grooming - Attempting to build relationships with minors for exploitation
- Solicitation - Requesting sexual content involving minors
- Distribution - Sharing any exploitative content involving children
We report all confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Respect Others
Treat everyone with respect. We do not tolerate:
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
- Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Threats of violence or harm
- Stalking or unwanted contact
- Doxxing or sharing others' personal information
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) - Zero tolerance
- Non-consensual sexual content or "revenge porn"
- Sharing explicit content without consent
- Gore, extreme violence, or content promoting self-harm
- Terrorist content or content promoting violence
No Illegal Activity
Do not use AnonTalk for any illegal purposes, including:
- Child exploitation or abuse (reported to authorities)
- Drug trafficking or illegal substance sales
- Fraud, scams, or financial crimes
- Human trafficking
- Distribution of illegal content
- Any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws
No Spam or Commercial Activity
AnonTalk is for genuine human connection, not:
- Advertising or promotional content
- Spam or repetitive messages
- Solicitation of any kind
- Bot or automated activity
Privacy
Respect others' privacy:
- Do not share personal information about others without consent
- Do not record calls without explicit permission from all parties
- Do not attempt to discover or share someone's real identity
If you encounter someone violating these guidelines, please report them immediately using the report button during or after a call.
For child safety concerns: Use the "User appears underage" or report via safety@anon.talk
All reports are reviewed and appropriate action will be taken, including reporting to law enforcement for serious violations.
Consequences
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Warning for minor violations
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent ban
- Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal activity, especially child exploitation)
Our Commitment to Safety
We are committed to maintaining a safe platform:
- We review all reports within 24 hours
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement
- We report CSAM to NCMEC as required by law
- We permanently ban users who violate child safety policies
- We preserve evidence for law enforcement when required
