By accessing or using AnonTalk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AnonTalk. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform.
3. Description of Service
AnonTalk is an anonymous voice chat platform that connects users with random strangers for voice conversations. The Service includes:
- Random voice matching with other users
- Text chat during voice calls
- Direct messaging between users
- User profiles and account features
4. Child Safety Policy - Zero Tolerance
AnonTalk has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of child exploitation.
The following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent ban and report to law enforcement:
- Any sexual content involving minors
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
- Solicitation or grooming of minors
- Any content that sexualizes children
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting exploitative content involving minors
We actively cooperate with law enforcement and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service if you are under 18 years old
- Share, distribute, or solicit any child sexual abuse material
- Engage in any form of child exploitation or grooming
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Share illegal content or engage in illegal activities
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or age
- Attempt to collect personal information from other users
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
8. Content and Communications
You are solely responsible for all content you share and communications you have through the Service. While we do not actively monitor voice conversations, we investigate all reports of violations and may take action including preserving evidence for law enforcement when legally required.
9. Reporting and Blocking
We provide tools to report and block users who violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. We take all reports seriously, especially those involving child safety, and will take appropriate action including reporting to law enforcement authorities.
10. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating illegal activity on our platform. We will preserve and disclose user information and content when required by law or when necessary to protect the safety of children.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the behavior of other users or the safety of interactions. Use the Service at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnonTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Accounts involved in illegal activity, especially child exploitation, will be permanently terminated and reported to authorities.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
